As the name suggests, Industrial Property Purchase loan is taken for purchasing a ready to move-in Industrial building or a shed by mortgaging the same to the bank. The amount of loan is decided by bank on the basis of income of the customer and the purchase value as well as market value of the property. The property to be purchased should legally and technically be acceptable for the purpose of creating mortgage.

  5. Date of Birth and Id proof- PAN CARD/ PASSPORT/D.L any one (Applicant and Co-applicant),
  1. Residence Proof- Telephone/ Electric bill or any one               .
  2. Proof of Other Loans (Sanction Letter) SOA & Principal outstanding letter of existing loan (In case of Balance Transfer)
  3. Initial Processing Fee Cheque
  4. Photocopy of property paper with complete chain link & Sanctioned Map

Self Employed Client (Prop.)

  1.  Photo (applicant & co-applicant)
  2.  Pan cards (app. & co-app.)
  3.  Residence proof (Driving license, Voter Id, Passport)
  4.  Office proof (Any Utility Bill)
  5.  3 years ITR with Computation of income, P&L a/c & b/s with all schedule, audit report & form 3cb 3cd with all annexure.
  6.  One Year bank statements of both saving and all current account.
  7.  Sanction letter/Re payment schedule/SOA of all running loan.
  8.  GST Certificate
  9.  Initial Processing Fee Cheque
  10. GST Return 3B (Last Financial Year)
  11. Form 26 AS of last three year
  12. Company Profile on letter head
  13. Photocopy of property paper with complete chain link & Sanctioned Map

For the company:-

  1. Last three year Income tax returns, computation of income, P & L Account, Balance Sheet, All Annexure and Audit Report required for the assessments.
  2. GST Returns for Last 4 quarters & GST Registration.
  3. Advance Tax challans.
  4. Complete MOA
  5. List of Directors & Share Holding pattern on letter Head.
  6. Copy of PAN Card.
  7. Business profile on letter head.
  8. Last One year bank statement.
  9. Office addresses proof – latest electricity bill/ phone bill.
  10. Detail of any existing loan – Car Loan, Home Loan, Personal Loan 12 month Past Repayment Track/Amortization Schedule provided by the bank.

For all the Director:-

  1. Last three year Income tax return, Computation of income and Form No. 16 for the Assessment.
